Design Ecology Research Trip

The students traveled to Año Nuevo State Park with the intention of visiting the island for research purposes, but choppy water and large waves prevented most students from leaving the mainland.

Despite this setback, students were impressed by the sheer wildness of the location, especially the obvious fact that this part of the world is run by the animals, with humans being mere visitors to their natural habitat.
